Let me start with introducing my own story.
My name is Fabienne and I have a little girl called Jackie. My interest in sleep started when I became a mom myself. In those early days I found myself launched into this world that evolves around sleep, or better to say: no sleep, while trying to manage everything the best way you can. The baby carrier was my best friend as sleeping in her cozy crib was not something that was in Jackie´s plan the first months. Night times did not go any better. We walked full marathons every night through the house trying to bounce her to sleep. After a while we found ourselves exhausted and worried if she was getting the right amount of sleep.
Letting her cry it out in her crib was just not an option. That’s when I started my research about gentle sleep coaching and found out how I could get her to sleep better in a very loving and supportive way. This was a complete game changer. From waking up every hour she would start to make longer stretches, step by step she started to nap in her crib and within 2 weeks she was sleeping through the nights.
Experiencing how sleep coaching made such a positive difference for my family, I straight away knew this was something I wanted to support and guide other families with as well.
Working together while supporting and empowering parents. To take back control of the wellbeing of their family, restore stability, confidence and clarity on the sleeping routine.
